I’m a friendly, approachable guitar teacher based in Brackley with over 15 years’ experience. I help students build confidence and real musical understanding through reading, improvisation and learning how music actually works. Lessons are highly tailored around each student’s individual needs and musical preferences. I also have experience helping students progress through the Rockschool and Trinity grading syllabuses.
I’m also the creator of Guitar Literacy - a note reading app designed to support guitarists through the challenges of reading notation. I’m based in Brackley and also welcome students from surrounding areas including Banbury, Bicester and Buckingham. I am fully DBS checked. Enquire about lessons via the button below:
Lesson Pricing
Lessons are available in 30 or 60 minute sessions and are tailored to each student’s goals and experience level.
30 minutes – £30
60 minutes – £55
I currently have a small number of lesson slots available.
Block bookings are also available for students who prefer to commit to a regular slot and make consistent progress. Feel free to ask for more details.

Online Lessons
I currently teach students all over the world, as far apart as Australia, Thailand and California! I find it amazing that we can do such things these days!
Most of my online teaching is done through TIL, which is brilliant online platform for video lessons. They handle booking, time zone management etc and you can book a lesson via the form below:

If you’ve discovered me via my YouTube channel, then firstly I’d like to say thank you for your support and interest. I’ve truly been blown away by the response I’ve receieved and how quickly the channel has grown.
Since becoming a father to twin daughters, creating content for the channel has taken a backseat for the time being, but I will return when I’m ready!
